The Kadambavihari Venu Gopala is a breathtaking realization of this pastoral leela, now available in two distinct geological expressions: the prehistoric Khiching Black Granite and the frost-toned Nilgiri White Granite. This sculpture depicts Shri Krishna in his most enchanting form, standing as the eternal musician beneath the sacred Kadamba tree.

Whether rendered in the obsidian depth of Khiching stone or the luminous purity of Nilgiri granite, the carving captures the soul of "Sensible Consumption." The Kadamba tree serves as a fragrant "canopy of love," its spherical flowers—known as Haripriya—shading the Lord as he performs his divine acts. Standing in the lyrical Tribhanga posture, Krishna’s form radiates a tranquil and playful essence that transforms any space into a sanctuary of ancient peace. Both Nilgiri White and Khiching Black granites are non-porous and essentially immortal. They are naturally resistant to moisture, ritual oils, and the passage of time. Unlike softer stones, these will not yellow or erode. To maintain the shrine’s purity, simply wipe with a soft, damp cloth or perform a ritual wash with plain water.

1. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please note the following delivery timelines:

• Ready-to-Ship Inventory: Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days.
• Made-to-Order / Backorder: If the item is not currently in hand, it requires a preparation time of 1-2 months for the 1-2 feet tall products, 2-4 months for the 2-4 feet tall products & so on. You can expect delivery within 7–10 business days after that (i.e. once the product is ready). {Contact us while ordering to get a more accurate estimate for your exact order, as the preparation time may vary according to the demand at the time.}

2. Returns & Replacements

To maintain the soul of artisanal craft and prevent fraudulent claims, we have a strict but fair return policy.

A. Free Returns & Replacements (Damaged Goods Only) We offer a 5-day window for free returns or replacements only if the product arrives damaged. To qualify for a free resolution, a valid Unboxing Video is mandatory.

Video Requirements (No Exceptions):

• Start Early: Ideally, show the delivery partner handing over the package or the unopened package as it was dropped off.
• Continuous Footage: The video must be a single, continuous clip with no cuts or edits.
• Detailed Inspection: The video must show the outer packaging condition, the unboxing process, and a clear, close-up view of the physical damage to the product.
• Failure to provide a complete unboxing video as described will result in the rejection of the claim.

B. Standard Replacements (Change of Mind/Size) If you wish to replace a product for reasons other than damage (e.g., size preference or change of mind), we offer a 10-day replacement window.

• Cost: For such replacements, the customer is responsible for the Forward and Reverse shipping & logistics costs.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
