Shipping policy

Most of our products may often be dispatched directly by the producer(herein referred to as kaarigar). This may involve a processing time of 2-4 days depending upon the nature of the product/order. i.e. normal products can be dispatched within 2 days, but if the order involves any order customization it may take up to 4 days to prepare the order for dispatch.

For deliveries, we use third-party service providers including but not limited to the likes of Shiprocket, Indian Postal Services, etc. On average delivery takes 3-6 days depending upon the locations of the kaarigar & the customer. This time may get stretched if the delivery location is in a remote region (eg. North-eastern Indian states, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep Islands, some areas of the states of Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, etc.)
