2. Made-to-Order / Backorder: If the item is not currently in hand, it requires a preparation time of 10–15 days. You can expect delivery within 15–25 days (this includes the preparation period).

Returns & Replacements
To maintain the soul of artisanal craft and prevent fraudulent claims, we have a strict but fair return policy.
A. Free Returns & Replacements (Damaged Goods Only) We offer a 5-day window for free returns or replacements only if the product arrives damaged. To qualify for a free resolution, a valid Unboxing Video is mandatory.
Video Requirements (No Exceptions):
Start Early: Ideally, show the delivery partner handing over the package or the unopened package as it was dropped off.
Continuous Footage: The video must be a single, continuous clip with no cuts or edits.
Detailed Inspection: The video must show the outer packaging condition, the unboxing process, and a clear, close-up view of the physical damage to the product.
Failure to provide a complete unboxing video as described will result in the rejection of the claim.
B. Standard Replacements (Change of Mind/Size) If you wish to replace a product for reasons other than damage (e.g., size preference or change of mind), we offer a 10-day replacement window.
Cost: For such replacements, the customer is responsible for the Forward and Reverse shipping & logistics costs.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
